Delivery
All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 50% restocking fee plus all delivery charges.
Return Policy
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number - obtainable by emailing us with your order number, issue, and contact information in order to receive full credit or item replacement. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unless the fault of Puff Stuff Delivery, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 50%, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping/delivery charges. Perishable Items Return Policy: Puff Stuff Delivery will not accept any returns or issue credit on perishable products from our customers. We cannot guarantee the storage or shipping conditions from our customers to Puff Stuff Delivery, and therefore cannot in good conscious resell this product to other customers. Puff Stuff Delivery customers are expected to consider this policy and order perishable goods accordingly.
Price Changes
All prices shown are not final until purchase & prices are subject to change without notice. Damages & Shortages
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim through email. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact us through email with your order number, and contact information. If it is the fault of Puff Stuff Delivery, any damaged or shorted merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Puff Stuff Delivery will arrange for return shipping.
